Intro

In-Depth Financial Models  Your Gateway to Understanding Market Valuations

My financial models are meticulously crafted to offer you a clear and comprehensive understanding of company valuations. Here, you’ll find a collection of models that reflect my dedication to accuracy, detail, and relevance in today’s dynamic market environment.

These models are Discounted Cash Flow models (DCFs), the industry standard for evaluating a company’s  share price by forecasting future cash flows and discounting them back to todays value (Net Present Value).

This type of fundamental analysis requires an interrogation of the Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as calculating metrics like equity beta (β), CAPM and WACC.

All financial information is gathered from the company’s respective annual and quarterly reports. Assumptions are based on historic performance and current market conditions to form CONSERVATIVE, STREET & OPTIMISTIC scenarios
